We request the receipt data directly from the tax authority — Poreska uprava — rather than reading it off a photo: amount, VAT by rate, line items, seller and buyer exactly as recorded in the fiscal system.

Data from the tax authority
Every receipt is confirmed by Poreska uprava — amounts and VAT as in the fiscal system, with no recognition errors.
Deductible VAT
Input VAT per receipt and per month, by rate — 7, 15 and 21 % — as in the U-RAČ book. VAT on receipts issued to your company's PIB is shown apart from the rest, no manual recalculation; the deduction decision stays with your accountant.
Months and suppliers
How much went out this month, to whom and for what — summaries by supplier and by line item, with filters by period.
A register for the U-RAČ book
A reference register laid out like the incoming invoice book: 17 columns, VAT split by rate, monthly totals. Your accountant refers to it and copies the rows they need into their own book.
Receipts issued to your PIB
Receipts with your company's buyer PIB go into the book; receipts with no PIB or someone else's go to separate tabs — nothing gets lost.

FAQ
Does this replace the original receipts?
No. Scanner is a register and a tool for summaries and the U-RAČ book. The fiscal receipt remains the document; we take its data from the tax authority, so the figures in the register match the tax authority's.
What if there's no QR code on the receipt?
Montenegrin fiscal receipts are printed with a QR code. If it won't scan, you can add the receipt by the IKOF code, date and seller PIB from the paper.
Where is the data stored?
On secure servers in Europe. Only members of your workspace — the people you invited — can see it. You can have your account and everything tied to it deleted on request.
Which devices does it work on?
Any: the phone to scan at the till, the laptop to review summaries and export the book. One account, shared data — scan on the phone, see it on the laptop seconds later.
What if the tax authority doesn't respond?
The receipt is saved and marked as pending; Scanner fetches the details later. Nothing has to be entered again.
Can I show it to my accountant?
Yes — invite your accountant to the workspace with the "accountant" role: they'll see receipts and summaries and can export the book themselves.
